How to Stop Condoms from Slipping Off
Here are some tips to help stop this happening.

Keeping lube off of the penis
Placing lube underneath the condom (on the shaft of the penis) can make the condom slide off. Be careful lube doesn’t accidentally get on hands then onto the penis before the condom is put on over the penis. -
Choosing the right size condom
If the condom is too big it will be more likely to come off. To avoid a condom being too loose look for smaller ones, often sold as ‘snug fit’ or ‘trim’. -
Rolling the condom all the way down to the base of the penis
A condom that’s only rolled half way down a penis is more likely to come off during sex. It should be rolled down all the way to the base of the penis.
